Bex Waffles Food Truck reinvents the waffle with sweet & savory original waffle sandwiches out of their 1977 French Citroen H Van, affectionately named Barry. With a background in pastry, Bex whipped up a surprisingly gluten-free waffle recipe and created a seasonal & fresh menu with waffle sandwich delicacies perfect for any time of day or year! Bex Waffles opened in June 2016 in Montauk, New York and recently moved west into NYC.
