Shalani and Walter have been in business for four years, and their food truck can be found at the beautiful Indian Wells beach in Amagansett all summer long. They’re in the process of opening their first brick-and-mortar location!

They are committed to promoting healthy choices: they use all-natural ingredients, and make sure all their food service items are made of compostable or biodegradable materials.
