Without any doubt, a wedding day is one of the most important days in people’s lives.
Every decision that you make is essential. It doesn’t matter if you’re picking out a font used for invitations, song for a first dance, or a venue location when it comes to planning a wedding, every detail matters. Picking the best catering for your wedding isn’t an exception.
However, what if we said that we have a cool suggestion for you, something that is fun, budget-friendly and innovative as well. What is it? The answer is FOOD TRUCKS. Keep reading to find out more.
If this is the first time you have ever heard that having a food truck at your wedding is an option, we can assure you that it’s as good as it sounds.
Food Truck catering at weddings is becoming very popular mostly because it can cut the cost of catering but also bring a new, memorable experience for your guests as well as for you. That’s when NYFTA steps into the game.
If you still feel skeptical about having a food truck at your wedding or feel like you would have no idea how to book one, the NYFTA’s team of dedicated professionals is here to help take care of everything!
The good news is that we will do all the hard work for you. NYFTA partners with only gourmet food trucks that have an excellent reputation and delicious food. It all starts with your preferable type of menu and cuisine.
Each food truck has their menu already set; however, that can easily be customized and tailored based on your preference, number of guests and food trucks. Let’s break the whole process down step by step.
1 You decide to have your wedding catered only by food trucks, but you need a professional team to do the work for you to assure the best and most memorable outcome possible – for you AND your guests, so you contact NYFTA.
2 The NYFTA will plan the catering based on your BUDGET, NUMBER OF GUESTS, LOCATION (sometimes additional permits might be required), ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (it is possible to personalize food trucks – wrap a truck, logo plates, and cups for example)
3 If you’re having more than 100 guests at your party, we recommend booking more than one truck to assure that every guest will get their food quickly. You want to avoid long lines and hungry guests.
4 The timing of the service is completely up to you. You can have one food truck serving smaller dishes as appetizers for a cocktail hour. Then, for example, have two food trucks for the main dinner with multiple menu options serving throughout the rest of the party. We also partner with popular dessert trucks. Wouldn’t it be cool to have your favorite ice-cream sandwich or donut vendor ending the best day of your life?
It’s safe to say that food truck catering is fun, personal, and we guarantee that you and your guests will love having some of the coolest New York City Food around. Check out our vendor’s pictures and let us know, we’ll be happy to help with your big day!
