Meet Empire BBQ NYC
Last updated on July 24th, 2020
May is the National Barbecue month, and we thought there is no better food truck to celebrate with other than Empire BBQ, NYFTA’s newest member.
Empire BBQ was established in 2018 by a group of friends who have one particular thing in common – passion for barbecue and food in general. We recently had a chance to try some of their best items at Bike Expo 2019. These guys attracted all hungry crowds with their deliciously smelling meat smoke coming from a custom build electric smoker placed right inside the truck. All buns used for sandwiches and burgers come freshly baked at a local Brooklyn bakery every morning. They use only premium meats to assure quality and taste. All meat gets placed into the smoker and smoked slowly for 10 hours.
Check out our photo gallery and make sure to show Empire BBQ your love on Instagram and Facebook.
