Steven DiPasquale began his hospitality career after graduating from Villanova University, rising quickly to become General Manager of CREAM Nightclub on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Working alongside internationally recognized Miami-based artist Shawn Kolodny, Steven helped launch MOD and Pink Elephant before returning to his hometown of Hoboken, where he opened his own lounge, NINE.
After 15 years in nightlife, Steven and his wife Amanda launched Amanda’s Bananas, creating a healthier frozen treat made from 100% fruit. The brand has since grown to multiple units, earned numerous awards throughout New Jersey.
