Daniel was born in Russia and raised in Israel. After 17 years of working in several restaurants, he decided he wanted to combine his rich experience and talent for working a grill to start a business of his own. He moved to New York City and opened a food truck called Meatoss, bringing his talent and highest quality cut meats to the streets of NYC. After huge success with Meatoss, the husband and wife duo, Daniel & Marina, are expanding their food truck empire with an elevated food truck called Butchery & Beyond.
