MINORITY OWNED

Ezra’s Kosher Gourmet & Falafel Food Truck was reopened following the October 7th attack in Israel. The owner, Ezra, felt it was his duty to serve high-quality food, creating a comforting and homey experience for the community. With his Israeli and Georgian roots, Ezra carefully handpicked his favorite dishes from his homeland and world travels, perfecting each recipe ingredient by ingredient. While every item on the menu is crafted with equal care, the truck’s namesake, Ezra’s Falafel, stands out. Everyone who tries the falafel as a welcoming dish has had nothing but praise. But it’s not just about the food—it's the vibe, energy, and warm hospitality that make the experience unforgettable.

Meet Oren Ezra Rosen

Oren Ezra Rosen, who has spent the past 30 years working in both jewelry and real estate, grew up in a food-loving Georgian Jewish family. His dream has always been to impress people with the dishes he cherished from his childhood, global travels, and the many cultures he encountered.

With a deep passion for cultures, languages, music, and dance, Ezra’s Kosher Gourmet & Falafel strives to bring together people from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities. The truck reopened in December, after two months of careful reflection on how to respond to the tragic events of October 7th in Israel. The truck serves as a way to amplify their voice, set an example, and showcase the difference in quality, taste, freshness, and cleanliness in their food.

Despite offering only vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, the high level of quality allows the truck to stand out, even in a competitive market dominated by meat dishes. They firmly believe that kosher food and flavorful food should go hand in hand. Am Yisrael Chai!
