MEET GRACIE DIFEO
Gracie DiFeo is the epitome of the American dream. She immigrated from Italy in 1970, starting her career in the restaurant industry from the bottom up. First washing dishes and then making her way as a chef in the kitchen cooking the Italian dishes she grew up with, Gracie turned Cassarella’s Restaurant into an incredible success. She decided to pursue her passion for cooking by opening her own Italian restaurant with her three children in 1995, naming it Graziella’s. 25 years later you will still find Gracie with her hair in a bun, apron tied, preparing delicious Italian comfort food on a consistent basis from her restaurant and new food truck that roams the streets in Westchester.
