MEET DANNY & LUKE BRUCKERT
Twin brothers, Danny and Luke Bruckert, are two pizza connoisseurs well-versed in the language of fermentation, sharing their passion with New York. They procured their food trailer from the backwoods of Oregon (don’t ask). With a great deal of care, effort, and craftsmanship, they were able to turn a dingy little trailer into the pizza-making machine you see before you. They pulled it across the country to the fine state of New York (long story, and long trip!), to seek the glory and immortality that awaits all professional pizza makers. Why pizza you ask? Because that’s what they were born to do!
