The inspiration for this truck were traditions of baking brought down from the owners grandparents, wanting to share those Italian traditions with everyone to enjoy. Owner of Il Cornetto NY, Franco DiMarino born and raised in Westchester County grew up learning the Italian culture and traditions from his grandparents. Every day there was something baking in the oven at Franco’s grandparents home. From fresh cream puffs to homemade pizza, baking was always apart of Franco’s childhood. With Il Cornetto NY, Franco can now share the traditions and Italian culture with everyone to enjoy from the truck.
