MEET DOM
Dom is a lifelong foodie and a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education. He got his start working in the kitchens of renowned NYC institutions Il Cortile, Framboise, and Lincoln Ristorante. A few years later, he was motivated by the booming food truck scene to take his considerable culinary talents to make the best mac and cheese in New York City. Dom was soon featured on the Food Network’s Rewrapped and in Season 11 of Food Network Star, which helped bring Mac Truck NYC to new heights and expand his fleet.
