Meet Daniel and Marina

Daniel’s culinary journey began in Russia, but it was during his upbringing in Israel that his passion for food truly blossomed. After spending 17 years perfecting his skills in various restaurants, Daniel decided it was time to bring his experience and talent to a venture of his own. This led to the creation of Meatoss, a New York City food truck that quickly gained popularity for its high-quality meats and expert grilling.

 

With the success of Meatoss, Daniel and Marina were inspired to further expand their culinary offerings. They introduced Butchery & Beyond, a food truck that took their commitment to quality to new heights, offering premium cuts and elevated dishes that pushed the boundaries of street food.

 

Building on the foundation of their previous successes, Daniel and Marina are now proud to present Shufuni—a healthy Mediterranean food truck that combines their dedication to quality with the rich traditions of kosher cuisine. Shufuni is not just a food truck; it’s a celebration of kosher dining, reimagined with a modern twist
