MEET KOSTAS
Kostas Plagos was born in Kalamata, Greece, and raised in Athens. When he came to the U.S. he had a vision of recreating his childhood memories and cultural upbringing by starting a Greek restaurant business. Kostas first opened a food truck and, being blown away by its quick success, opened two additional brick-and-mortar locations in NYC. His mission, which he stands by to this day, is to not only serve the same fresh and authentic Greek food that he grew up with but to also create an authentic Greek ambiance that instantly transports you to the island of Mykonos.
