Oded Bahar has been working in the coffee industry for the last 11 years and has been a passionate barista his whole life. Oded had the opportunity to visit a 100% sustainable coffee farm in Costa Rica, which was an eye-opening experience that inspired him to start his own coffee business. Oded soon built a coffee cart and truck with the goal of adding a special touch to events in New York with mobile coffee catering. Always putting sustainability at the forefront of his business, everything from the coffee beans to coffee supplies (cups, lids, napkins, and stirring straws) is 100% biodegradable and compostable.
