MEET JOE SCHINCO
Joe has always admired artists and creatives who are passionate about their work. He started The Greats of Craft storefront, located on the corner of 54th & 1st, to represent artisans and entrepreneurs. Joe’s passion for bringing people together through shared food and beverage experiences has lead him to his next venture, The Greats of Craft mobile bar. Before founding The Greats of Craft, Joe worked at a variety of food and beverage companies including Dig Inn, Hellofresh, and Starr Restaurants in a variety of operational and financial roles.
