Andy Perez, a Brooklyn native, has spent 10+ years in hospitality, ranging from front of house to more recently back of house roles. His passion for cooking shines through with every dish he puts out. He's excited to share not only his love for cooking, but also the influences from different cuisines he's learned throughout his years.
Olivia Thayer, originally from CT, began in the industry in 2021 and has worked for esteemed hospitality groups throughout the city. She is ecstatic to share her love for good food and genuine hospitality with every guest interaction.
