Meet Karen

Meet Karen, a former Certified Public Accountant turned part-time registered nurse and the creative mind behind Waffle Chic Inc. Her journey began with numbers, but her heart led her to nursing, where she’s known for her compassionate care and faith in the power of prayer.

In addition to her nursing career, Karen’s entrepreneurial spirit, passion for cooking, and desire to create a unique dining experience led to a leap of faith and the establishment of Waffle Chic Inc. Under her guidance, the business has flourished, offering delicious and innovative waffle creations. Karen’s unwavering faith and culinary passion continue to inspire her company’s success.
