MEET CHRIS AND MICHAEL
Chef Chris Curado is a true culinary artist and is well-versed in the hospitality industry. It was during his experience studying abroad at a culinary institute in Italy and working under executive chefs in the States that Chris learned how to create unique fish dishes, including the gourmet crab cake recipe that is on the Angry Archie’s menu today. He and his cousin, Michael Ponte, were inspired to reinvent “The Angry Lobster,” a signature dish of their family’s Italian restaurant in NYC, so they joined forces to open an under-the-sea-themed food truck. As a result, Angry Archie’s was born. Chris and Michael now operate 3 food trucks as well as a food hall that serves hand-held style, gourmet seafood.
