MEET VINCENT & OWEN
Empire BBQ was established in 2018 by a group of friends who have one particular thing in common – passion for barbecue and food in general. Empire BBQ’s Chef Vincent Mangual has over 20 years of cooking experience and a background working on some of NYC’s best catering companies, like Whole Foods and Dean and Deluca. The other half of Empire BBQ is Owen de la Rosa, who sources only premium quality meats and manages the prep and production. Together, Chef Vincent and Owen have honed the craft of barbeque and flawless low ‘n slow-cooked meat.
