Dallas Green is a nightclub DJ turned Chef from New York. While on tour traveling the world and trying all types of food and flavors, Dallas was inspired to create a unique menu of his own. Chef DJ Dallas founded the Made From Scratch food truck to intermix his love for music and good food, and to create a unique experience for foodies near and far. Since then, Chef DJ Dallas Green’s creations have been celebrated on Good Day NY, Arise 360, and The New York Times. He competed on The Food Network’s Chopped and later had his Red Velvet Popcorn featured in Entertainment Weekly’s 2016 Holiday Gift Guide. Since its launch, Made From Scratch has become a successful addition to NYC’s food scene, offering signature dishes that are always sure to satisfy.
