Paradise Taqueria and Birrieria launched in Orlando, Florida. For Enrique Ramirez, the owner and proprietor of Paradise Taqueria and Birrieria, living in Florida was a dream come true, reminiscent of his ancestral roots in Tijuana, Mexico. Inspired by his family heritage, he decided to gather all of his family recipes and sell real authentic Mexican food. One standout dish on the menu is Birria, a flavorful delight with secret ingredients and a cooking method passed down by Enrique’s late grandmother.

Enrique Ramirez is the founder of Paradise Taqueria and Birrieria Fl. He was born in Mexico and has been a resident of the United States for two decades. Throughout his life, Enrique has nurtured a profound passion for cooking, which eventually led him to transform his love for culinary arts into a thriving career. With an impressive 20-year journey, he has honed his skills in various cuisines including Mexican, Italian, French, and American. Enrique possesses a deep understanding of the art of flavor harmonization, and is a mastery of diverse cooking techniques. Infused with a charismatic personality, he has successfully translated his talents into the realm of food truck entrepreneurship. Constantly striving for growth and expansion, Enrique is now the proud owner of multiple food trucks located in New York.
