MEET THE CARLITOS CREW
Carlos, “The Chef,” Fernando, “The Operations Guy,” and Martin, “The Business Guy,” are three good friends who came together to take over the taco world. Each coming from different professional backgrounds, from top hospitality companies to financial institutions, this dynamic trio has perfected the art of bringing people together through food. In the summer of 2017, Carlos and Fernando decided to open a food trailer in Jersey City, where they served mouthwatering brisket on hand-pressed Nixtamal tortillas. Upon partnering with Martin, Carlos’ childhood friend, he came in to help Carlitos’ vision, and together they went from a taco truck to two brick-and-mortar locations. The devoted members of Carlitos Tacos Crew put passion behind everything that they do, creating a culture of fulfillment for everyone who walks through their doors.
