Two FDNY firefighters, Ryan and John, would make mouthwatering egg rolls for their local unit every day. After receiving numerous requests, it became clear that they needed to share these flavorful offerings with everyone in New Jersey and beyond. What started out as a dream became a reality when they decided to take their famous egg rolls from their firehouse into Rescue Rolls food truck. But not just any food truck. A food truck wrapped to resemble a firetruck, to honor their unit and to keep their tradition alive.
