Nick fell in love with cooking at five years-old, first learning how to prepare homemade Italian dishes from his father and grandmother. To continue pursuing his passion, he received a formal education at the Culinary Institute of America, and after graduating, he realized his lifelong dream of becoming a chef when he opened Bona Bona.
