MEET CHEF NICK DI BONA
Nick fell in love with cooking at five years-old, first learning how to prepare homemade Italian dishes from his father and grandmother. To continue pursuing his passion, he received a formal education at the Culinary Institute of America, and after graduating, he realized his lifelong dream of becoming a chef when he opened Bona Bona. Bona Bona represents a lifetime of hard work and dedication— and because Nick is a New York native after all, Bona Bona Ice Cream pays homage to his Italian roots while incorporating a more American approach to ice cream, a truly delicious, cosmopolitan style.
