meet the man behind Rays cheesesteaks

With over 15 years of experience in the vending industry, the owner of Rays cheesesteaks food truck in NYC built his career on hard work, consistency, and a passion for serving great food to people on the go. Over the years, he has learned what customers value most, such as quality, flavor, and a genuine connection, and he has carried those lessons into everything he does. Starting Ray’s Cheesesteaks was a new experiment for me, a way to take that experience and channel it into something fresh and exciting. This truck represents both his roots in vending and his drive to keep growing, bringing authentic, high-quality cheesesteaks to the community while continuing to evolve as an entrepreneur.
