Sloppie Joe’s Food Truck Gourmet Grub extends its sloppy talented hands to some serious burgers made with 100% Angus beef, handcrafted empanadas, and a handful of sloppie sides including fresh hand-cut French fries, corn fritters, and mac ‘n cheese bites. Well, we call him Sloppy Joe. After many years of working as a franchise regional manager at BurgerFi, Joe wanted to start his own business. In 2017, Joe opened a new food truck concept: gourmet sloppy Joe’s. In fact, his messy house at the time was the inspiration for his food truck. Joe now operates two food trucks and a new walk-up style restaurant with outdoor dining across from Empire City Casino. All creations are based on his own recipes, made from scratch and more importantly, made with love.
