Cousins Joss Maglaqui and Jeffrey M. Fama have always dreamt of owning their own business. Jeff and Joss decided to open an authentic Filipino cuisine food truck so that others could enjoy the food that they grew up on. By starting Twelve food truck, the cousins are living their dream of serving their family recipes and showing people just how amazing and delicious Filipino cuisine is. Their family-oriented nature and strong familial bond influenced the majority of their design choices when putting together their food truck. From the Filipino jeepney-styled truck to silhouettes of their lost loved ones displayed on the truck, Joss and Jeffery never forgot where they came from. The name of the truck, Twelve, represents all 12 cousins in their family and their sibling-like relationship growing up.
