As they reminisced on their childhood days, running around their backyard with buttery ears of corn and eating at picnic tables, bibbed and elbows deep in steaming hot lobsters, cousins Jim and Sabin knew they had something special to bring to the food truck scene: lobster delicacies based on their family’s recipes. They decided to pool their savings and launch a food truck that served fresh lobsters, pot pies, and mac and cheese so that customers throughout the country could taste the Maine lobster dishes they grew up with.
