For Enrique Ramirez, the owner and proprietor of both trucks, living in Florida was a dream come true, reminiscent of his ancestral roots in Tijuana, Mexico. Inspired by his family heritage, he decided to gather all of his family recipes and sell real authentic Mexican food. He has since expanded and both trucks are seeing great success! One standout dish on the menu is Birria, a flavorful delight with secret ingredients and a cooking method passed down by Enrique’s late grandmother.
