Their Shroom Boy is a vegan take on the Shrimp Po Boy, made with fried oyster mushrooms, organic lettuce & tomato, chickpea mayo, on focaccia bread. Using only organic and local ingredients, Kinwich food truck serves high-quality and delicious sandwich creations served between two slices of bread.

MEET KEITH & LAUREN

Keith and Lauren created Kinwich food truck with the mission of spreading happiness through food, and what better way is there to do that than a food truck? Keith and Lauren met while working in the Westchester Country restaurant scene and brought together their 15 years of experience to create their sandwich-slinging kitchen on wheels. They choose sandwiches because they are their personal favorite food group and most people don’t realize that they require as much attention to detail as plated dishes. Two trucks, one year of development, and hundreds of sandwiches later, Kinwich food truck opened in May 2021.
