Power couple Shayna and Jimmy founded Hold My Knots back in 2016. They started selling garlic knot sliders in street fairs with a tent and table set up but envisioned Hold My Knots to be so much more. They took the risk of opening up in New York City’s Gansevoort Market and just a week later, Insider Foods stopped by and made their garlic knot sliders go viral. The Insider Foods video changed their lives forever making Hold My Knots known worldwide.
