Caitlyn, Food Network’s Chopped Champion, and Co-Owner Carlos are a young couple and both self-taught chefs who share a passion for food and traveling. Their experiences traveling together, namely to the Dominican Republic, Cuba and Mexico, inspired them to open a food truck that captured the ingredients and vibrant flavors of the Latin cuisine that they discovered along the way.
