Born and raised in Napoli, Italy, Francesco Vitale was destined to be a one-of-a-kind pizzaiolo. He honed his skills in his hometown before traveling to cities around the world, including Switzerland, London, and NYC, sharing his heavenly artisan Neapolitan pizzas. He was co-owner of NYC’s famous Pizza Mezzaluna and worked at several other widely acclaimed restaurants including Mezzagiorno and Brio. With over 30 years of experience turning out pizzas, Vitale finally decided to open his own pizza truck.
