Meet Arturo Vidal, the owner of AV Food Truck. Arturo’s dream began 13 years ago when he started working on a food truck, and got inspired to open his own business. He fought and worked hard for a long time, and as the years went by, on January 31, 2023, Arturo achieved his dream and made it a reality by opening the AV Food Truck!
