Pippi dreamt for a long time of starting a french fry cart, similar to a hot dog cart. She had her doubts and at first talked herself out of her big idea thinking, “who would buy just fries?” She then saw others living her dream as food truck owners and decided to step out on faith and start a business that both herself and customers could love and respect. Pippi started her french fry business in 2012 as a table set up at festivals and farmer’s markets and never looked back. Since then, the business has expanded to an everything potato food truck.
