Meet Spiro
For 25 years, Spiro has thrived in the food service industry, honing his skills in various kitchens and catering special events. Amongst a plethora of cuisines, he discovered his true love for Greek cuisine. In 2004, he launched his first brick-and-mortar pizza & gyro joint, soon expanding to a second location. In 2015, he ventured into the food truck business, finding remarkable success. He even acquired a Greek restaurant in Long Island, leading him to part ways with his pizza & gyro spots. The food truck’s popularity soared, especially during the pandemic, with a high demand for outdoor private parties and events. This led him to expand further, adding a second truck to meet the rising requests.
