MEET THE OWNERS

Fatty’s is a culmination of the culinary backgrounds of the entire Cento Percento team, which has grown to several brick and mortar locations, 2 trucks, and several large corporate partnerships. The founders of Fatty’s food truck were born and raised in New York City and come from all different backgrounds. This gourmet food truck is the product of the teams vision of New York City classics and everything that makes New York great.  Their goal is to provide a culinary experience that takes the best food that New York has to offer and elevates them to new heights.
