The inspiration behind our food truck + our artisanal wood burning mobile pizza oven comes from endless summers spent in Greece. The beauty of lemon and olive trees, the big blue sea and the old-world life of simplicity and genuine warmth is what inspires us to this day. And let’s not forget about the bursting flavors of local food. We take that inspiration and create every dish with it in mind.

MEET MARKO & TANJA

Lemons and Olives is a lifestyle food and catering brand created by natural-born hosts Marko and Tanja Mannheim in 2015 out of their small one-bedroom apartment in Soho, New York. What started as a niche catering project focused on catering photoshoot sets throughout New York, has grown into a full-service catering brand providing great eats and premium experiences to brands in fashion, luxury and beyond. Lemons and Olives food is not precious. It is not art. It is not trying hard. Our food is real, down- to-earth and easy to fall in love with. We let the flavors speak in their purest, most natural form. We cook from the heart, without too much fuss.
