They pride themselves on creating intimate, engaging, and one-of-a-kind experiences regardless of the function. The star of the show is their beautifully decorated imported wood-fired pizza oven from Italy. Their simple yet sophisticated menu will leave your taste buds yearning for more.
Some fan favorites include beautifully braised beef short rib with vodka sauce, imported Prosciutto di Parma with Moliterno al Tartufo shaved on top, a wonderfully delicious Speck from Alto Adige that they finish with homemade pistacchio pesto, and their signature Spicy Mike which includes a drizzle of hot honey on top of shredded hot soppressata. They also offer a 10×10 catering set up.
Owner and operator Michael Alfano has long had a passion for cultivating, growing, preparing, cooking, serving, and caring for his patrons ever since he began to travel with his Nonna to Sicily to visit family. The love, passion, care, and simplicity that he continues to experience time and time again translate effortlessly when he and his team are in front of the pizza oven. Born and raised in New York, Michael’s curiosity and love for family, Italian culture and cuisine led him to start an Italian catering business in 2019. Fast forward to today, and the catering business is alive and well in addition to the wood-fired pizza truck.
