Jed Hersh applied his 20 years of experience making wood-fired pizza to open Pie Oh My in 2018. Originally from Brooklyn, it’s no surprise that his lifetime of eating at some of the best pizzerias opened his eyes to the pizza-making craft and eventually inspired him to open his own pizza truck. Jed has the pleasure of working alongside his two brothers, Brett and Marc, and his cousins Dan and Mike on their pizza trucks. Luckily, all of them share the same standard and passion when it comes to quality and service, and it’s through their combined efforts that Pie Oh My is able to deliver their delicious wood-fired pizza time and time again.
