In 2020, the owner of Pizza Passeggio purchased an authentic brick oven from Italy… and the rest is history! With previous experience owning a pizzeria, his passion for brick oven pizza led him to think creatively about sharing it with others. Not wanting a conventional food truck, his childhood memories of the little Italian Piaggio trucks inspired him. He decided to refurbish one, transforming it into a mobile hub for serving his renowned brick oven pizzas, and named it Pizza Passeggio.

Meet Robert

Robert Pellegrino is the owner and operator of Pizza Passeggio. Robert creates all pizza by hand stretching with the highest quality, simple, ingredients in an authentic, wood burning, brick oven. Whether its a wedding, birthday, holiday party, house-warming, backyard party, or gender reveal- every reason is a good one to have the Pizza Passeggio truck there!
