Meet John
John, the chef and owner of The Rolling Joint, began his culinary journey in 2004 at Ciao Baby’s and went on to work at renowned establishments like The River Café under the Brooklyn Bridge and Elegant Affairs Catering. With years of experience as a sous chef and executive chef at top venues, John now shares his passion for creative comfort food through his chef-owned, family-run food truck, inspired by the iconic Cheech and Chong van from Up in Smoke.
